Welcome and thank you for your attention to the online services collectively referred to as Tiger World Telecom, and any related websites, networks, applications and other services and related documentation provided by Tiger World Telecom (collectively, the “Services”). Tiger World Telecom is a global cloud communications provider that offers a variety of services. We provide complete and fully configured unified communications solutions for delivering end-to-end communications. We also provide communications services in programmable modules through APIs and SDKs, enabling our customers to incorporate these services into their own applications to provide services to their own customers.
- This Privacy Policy applies to our customers, potential customers, our customers (direct and indirect), job applicants, current and former employees, contractors, visitors to our corporate website, and recipients of our email communications.
- When you use our website or our Services, you acknowledge and understand that Tiger World Telecom will collect, use and share your information as we describe in this Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Services.
- This Privacy Policy applies to you only if the relevant Tiger World Telecom entity provides you with the Services as set out in the Terms of Service.

- Information you provide directly to us. When you subscribe to our Services, register for our Services, request that we contact you, or through other interactions with us (or, for corporate customers, register for the Services as a business representative of a company), we may ask you to provide certain personal information that identifies or links or is reasonably linked to you (“Personal Data”), such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number, company name, job title, or payment information, as well as non-Personal Data. For example, but not limited to:
- We may also collect information from you, including Personal Data, such as contact information, documents, screenshots, or other information you or we may find helpful in resolving an issue, when you request support from us.
- When you speak to our customer service or sales staff over the phone, your call may be recorded and/or monitored for quality assurance, training, and research purposes.
- In some cases, depending on the country in which you reside, we may collect your social security number from you for limited purposes, such as tax reporting related to customer referral payments or facilitating international remittances.
- When you visit our website, we collect information automatically. Our vendors and third-party services (such as our advertising and business providers) collect information about your visits to our website and your interactions with our ads or content, as well as information technology such as your IP address, location, cookies, and other tracking (such as web beacons, device identifiers, pixels, and cross-device tracking).

For example, we may receive personal data and other information from our customers, message senders, mobile network operators, databases containing information related to mobile phone numbers submitted to our services, and other third parties. This information may include, but is not limited to, phone number, phone number validity, corresponding device status (e.g., whether it is currently available for messaging), roaming status, carrier and country, for example, to help us provide our services.
- Information collected in connection with your use of the services provided through our Platform. We and our service providers may collect personal data and other information related to your use of the communication services provided through our Platform, including, but not limited to:
- Communication usage information. This includes information about communications you transmit through our Platform, such as time of use and duration, source and destination identifiers, sender/recipient phone numbers, completion status, location, IP address, and usage volume.
Communication content. In order to enable you to send and receive communications through our Platform, we need to be able to process the content of messages, calls, and other communication channels you use. This also includes voicemails, messages, and call recordings recorded through our services, etc.
Device information. If you have our software installed on your device, we collect device-specific information about you. This includes, for example, your hardware model, operating system version, firmware, network configuration, device identifiers, IP address, device performance, and mobile or wireless network information. We use the collected device information to provide and improve our services. Device information is also collected when you visit our website, as described above.
Mobile device camera, microphone, and photos. If you use our mobile applications, we may ask for your permission to access the camera, microphone, and photos on your mobile device, to make and receive voice and video calls and messages, and to send photos to others. You do not have to allow us to access these features of your device, but if you do not, you may not be able to use certain features of our mobile applications. You can choose not to allow such access at any time through the privacy settings on your device.

This includes delivering your communications to intended end users, processing transactions with you (e.g., billing), authenticating you when you log into our platform, providing customer support, and operating and maintaining our Services. We also need your information to communicate with you about the Services, including registration confirmations, purchase confirmations, expiration or renewal reminders, responding to your requests, and sending you notifications, updates, security alerts, administrative messages, and other communications necessary for the use of the Services.
To carry out core activities related to our Services. To effectively provide you with our services, we use your personal data and other information to engage in important support activities, such as:
A, billing and collection, including maintaining records in the event of subsequent billing disputes;
B, preventing fraud, violations of our acceptable use policy, and illegal activity;
C, troubleshooting, quality control and analysis; and
D, monitoring the performance of our systems and platform.

A, Communications Providers. As a provider of a communications platform, we share the data we collect from you with communications providers (including carriers and OTT communications service providers) as necessary to provide you with the Services. For example, we need these telecommunications companies to ensure that your calls, messages and other communications reach the people you want to reach.
B, Payment Gateways: When providing Conversational Commerce Services, we use payment gateways as necessary to provide you with the Services. These are payment gateway companies that ensure that payments related to the Conversational Commerce Services are completed.
Third-Party Services. Our Services and Websites may contain links or other tools (such as SDKs, etc.) that direct you to other websites or services whose privacy practices may differ from ours. If you submit Personal Data or other information to any third party, your information will be subject to their privacy policies (not this Privacy Policy). We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies of any third parties with whom you interact. Tiger World Telecom is not responsible for the personal information you provide to any third-party website.
Comply with law enforcement requests and applicable laws; enforce our rights. We may disclose personal data and other information as required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; protect Tiger World Telecom, our services, our customers or the public from harm or illegal activities; and enforce our agreements, policies and terms of service. If Tiger Telecom receives a civil or criminal subpoena, warrant or other legally binding formal written request from a public authority (“Request”), Tiger World Telecom will promptly notify the customer, but without excluding Tiger World Telecom from providing information, Tiger World Telecom will (a) ensure that the personal data disclosed is the minimum necessary to fulfill the Request; and (b) take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure that such personal data authorities treat the information confidentially.
With your explicit consent. We share your personal data and other information with third parties with your consent. For example, if you are a business customer and have made a Request, your business name and phone number may be included in a public directory.
Tiger World Telecom; Business Transactions. We share your personal data and other information with our affiliates, for example, to operate and improve the services we provide to you; we may share your information in the event of a sale, merger, financing, liquidation, or reorganization of our business or assets.
Credit Control. Where permitted by applicable law, we obtain credit reports on new customers to assess the customer’s risk of nonpayment. In the event of nonpayment or late payment, we may provide your name, address, and other details to credit bureaus and other consumer reporting agencies. They may include that information in preparing credit reports and use it to calculate the credit score provided to the customer.
- Section 5: How We Protect Personal Information
Tiger World Telecom has implemented administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to help protect the personal data we transmit and maintain. These measures are enhanced for sensitive data such as social security numbers and payment account numbers. However, no system or service can provide a 100% security guarantee, especially services that rely on the public Internet. Therefore, you acknowledge the risk that third parties may gain unauthorized access to your personal data and other information. Please keep your account password confidential and notify us immediately if you believe your password has been compromised. Remember that you are responsible for any activity conducted under your account using your account password or other credentials.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. However, Tiger World Telecom will exclude SMS originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party.
- Section 6: Where We Store Personal Information and International Transfer Information
Personal information held by Tiger World Telecom is stored and processed on cloud servers located in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and other jurisdictions. We and/or our service providers also process data in some other countries for customer service, account management, and service provision.
- Section 7: How Long We Retain Personal Information
Tiger World Telecom will store your information as necessary to provide you with our services and operate our business. If you request that Tiger World Telecom remove specific personal data from your account data (you can also remove personal information by contacting customer service), we will honor that request, unless removing that information would prevent us from performing necessary business functions, such as billing for our services, calculating taxes, or conducting required audits. We may also retain aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information after this time for purposes such as research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. We will take steps, consistent with applicable law, to prevent the re-identification of de-identified information retained or used for these purposes, and will not make an effort (or authorize others to make an effort) to re-identify it.
- Customer Account Information. We will store your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after you decide to reactivate the service, or as long as we need to retain your account information for legitimate purposes, such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, supporting business operations, and continuing to develop and improve our services.
- Marketing Information, Cookies, and Web Beacons. If you receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your email marketing preferences for a reasonable period from the date you last expressed interest in our services, such as the last time you opened an email from us or visited our website. We also retain information about your consent given or withdrawn as business records and honor consent choices. We retain information from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period from the date such information was created.

If you believe that we also process any other personal information about you, or you are unable to correct or delete inaccurate information, please contact our support team.
Some user information may not be accessed, modified and deleted for legitimate reasons such as laws, regulatory requirements and to maintain information security.
- Get a copy of personal data. Users have the right to obtain a copy of user personal information from the following website carlos@tigerworlds.com. Where technically feasible, such as data interface matching.
- Respond to user requests as described above. For security purposes, we may require verification of the user’s identity before processing the user’s request. The user may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove the user’s identity. We will respond to all user requests under this section within 15 days after receiving the user’s request and verifying the user’s identity.
- Report a complaint to us. If the user believes that the user’s information may have been violated, the user can click “Online Customer Service” carlos@tigerworlds.com. We will review the question as quickly as possible and respond promptly after verifying the user’s identity, usually within a few days.

This Privacy Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Any dispute arising in connection with the Privacy Policy and all claims and matters arising therefrom shall be settled primarily through negotiation between the parties. If a solution cannot be reached through negotiation after thirty (30) business days from the date of commencement of amicable dispute resolution, a party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for resolution. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
